Exchanges Only

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) that you received it in within 7 days of the delivery date shown on the (carrier) tracking. Unfortunately, after 7 days, we are unable to process any exchanges.

 Once your exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your exchange and tracking information for the exchanged item back to you.

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

If you have received your item(s) defective or incorrect:

  • Take a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s).
  • Email the picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) using the contact form on the ‘Contact’ page or the email provided.
  • Further instructions will be given through email.

Sale Items

All sale items are considered FINAL SALE. Under no circumstances can any sale items be returned or exchanged for any reason.
